By using baitsure.com and buying our lures, you're agreeing to a few common-sense rules. We've kept them plain-English — no wall of legalese — but they're still the real terms of our deal.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.

2. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You're responsible for activity that happens under it.

3. Products & accuracy

We work hard to describe our lure sets and BKK-hook combos accurately, but colors on a screen and small details can vary. We don't guarantee every listing is completely error-free.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item's out of stock or a price was listed in error — and we'll refund you if we can't fulfill it.

5. Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and may change. Payment is due at checkout through our secure processors. Promo codes like HOOK10 apply as described and can't be combined unless we say so.

6. Intellectual property

The Bait Sure name, logo, photos, and copy are ours. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — no fraud, no scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and nothing illegal.

8. Product disclaimer

Fishing results depend on a lot of things we can't control (conditions, technique, luck!). Our lures are built to perform, but we can't promise you'll land the big one every trip.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bait Sure isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid for the order in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover us for claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
