We want you to love your Bait Sure lures. If a set isn't right for you, here's the simple way to make it right — backed by our 30-day catch guarantee.

1. 30-day returns

You've got 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging.

2. How to start a return

Email support@baitsure.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything back. Returns sent without an RMA can't be processed.

3. Return shipping

Return shipping is on you, and we recommend a trackable service so nothing gets lost on the way back.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. (Banks can take a few extra days to show it — check with yours before reaching out.)

5. Damaged or wrong items

Got a damaged or incorrect item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no fuss.

6. Non-returnable items

Clearance items and hygiene-sensitive products can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
